I acknowledge and certify the following: *I am 21 years of age or older. * I authorize Dobra Zemlja to charge my credit card for each shipment. * I understand that I may cancel my membership via written request, phone call, or email at any time without further obligation except for wine billed prior to Dobra Zemlja’s receipt of my notice to cancel. No refund will be issued for any wines paid for before the date of cancelation. * I am responsible for notifying Dobra Zemlja of any address change or shipping date change request before wine is shipped. Extra charges incurred due to misdirected wines are the financial responsibility of the club member.
